A message from our President
LT Butler Professional Engineering Services provides civil and structural engineering for commercial and residential structures, waste water treatment services, development services i.e. tax increment financing, National Park Service historic renovations, part I, part II, and part III approval, low income housing tax credit services, and project management. Quality, one-time design is our goal.
Our focus is Community First, specializing in and supporting projects of all sizes and scopes that revitalize, renew, and rebuild. We strive to build a better, stronger community, one design at a time.
LT Butler along with DuBois Consultants are the Preferred Structural Engineers on this $1.3 Billion Dollar Project.
$3.5 million renovation of one the first Hinky Dinky chain grocery stores, the first of its kind in design and layout. The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2017.
LT Butler has partnered with Burns & McDonnell for the structural engineering on the storm sewer separation on the O'Hearn and Monroe Basins located approximately at 13th Street and Harrison Street.
LT Butler was awarded the structural engineer work associated with the $13 million dollar renovation of Nathan Hale Middle School.
LT Butler is responsible for putting the Grand Theater as a Local Landmark Designation in Omaha. This is also the future home of LT Butler! The expected renovation construction costs is around $700,000.
